What will Garringer Gasifier warranty cover?

Garringer Gasifier. (GG) limits the GG 1 year Standard Warranty (Standard Warranty) to the end-purchaser of GG hardware (Garringer Gasifier branded Personal Gasifier also referred to in this document as your GG System" or GG hardware).

GG warrants that your GG System is free of defects in workmanship and materials for one year (12 months) from the date of delivery.

What will GG do if there's a problem with my hardware?

GGS will either repair or replace (at Garringer Gasifier sole discretion) defects in workmanship and materials in your GG System which arise during the warranty period. If applicable, GG will repair or replace the defective hardware or component with a new or equivalent part.

Where defective hardware has been replaced, the removed defective component becomes the property of GG.

Should your GG System require servicing under the terms of this warranty, the hardware repair or part replacement will not extend the term of this warranty.

What doesn't this warranty cover?

This warranty doesn't include:

a) The routine replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to fans, Lighting, paint finish and blower.

b) Any defect or damage to the hardware attributable in whole or in part by improper use, abuse, improper handling/installation, maintenance/repair by any person other than an official authorized GG technician, or the installation of unapproved parts.

c) Damage caused during shipment is not covered by this warranty

In addition, this warranty does not cover any defect or damage to your GG System attributable in whole or in part to accident, unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals and damage caused by lightning, power surge, brown-out.

This warranty also does not cover damage to your GG System attributable in whole or in part to: fires, earthquakes, floods, natural disasters, Acts of terrorism, Acts of vandalism (be it Electronic, or physical) or Acts of God. In addition, GG will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance.

Extent of GG liability under this warranty

Once GG has been notified of a problem, GG shall be allowed a reasonable length of time and a reasonable number of attempts to repair/replace or otherwise correct defective hardware.

How do I obtain service under GG's warranty?

To obtain servicing under this warranty, you must notify GG. e-mail at support@garringergasifier.com Please have warranty and invoice information available.

GG's Technical Support Department will assist and attempt to diagnose your problem remotely.

If the problem remains unresolved, GG will decide on the best course of action based on the specifics of the particular circumstances.

GG shall be allowed a reasonable length of time and a reasonable number of attempts to repair/replace or otherwise correct defective hardware.

To return your GG system in all or part, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) contacting GG's Technical Support Department at the contact information above. You will need to provide the invoice number, item description and serial number(s). The returned hardware must include the RMA# and its original packaging, manuals and all accessories.With out a valid RMA number, will be returned to sender unopened, at senders cost.

In the event GG is not able to resolve the problem, GG's liability is limited to the replacement of the hardware system, or at GG's sole discretion, a refund of the original purchase price.

Exclusion of Warranty

GG DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT OR FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES, FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST. GG'S LIABILITY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT WILL BE THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM. THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH WE ARE RESPONSIBLE. SOME PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
